Operation
We operate three facilities to treatment, temporarily store, and dispose of low and medium level radioactive waste; treat and temporarily store long lived waste; and temporarily store spent fuel.
Radioactive Waste Treatment and Disposal Facility
The site ensures the treatment, temporary storage and final disposal of radioactive waste of institutional origin, as well as the treatment and temporary storage of used radiation sources.
National Radioactive Waste Repository
Low and intermediate level radioactive waste is permanently disposed in the underground repository.
Spent Fuel Interim Storage Facility
The nuclear facility provides decades long temporary storage for spent fuel elements of MVM Paks Nuclear Power Plant.
